(1) Submit fund withdrawal instruction through securities online trading system; or
(2) Contact customer service officer at (852) 31 033 033 to arrange fund withdrawal; or
(3) Submit the Fund Withdrawal Form to Customer Services Department by email csdept@hjfi.com.hk, by fax (852) 3103 3030 or send to Suite 1101-1106, 11/F, Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong by mail.

2. Futures Account

(1) Contact customer service officer at (852) 31 033 033 to arrange fund withdrawal, or
(2) Submit the Fund Withdrawal Form to Customer Services Department by email csdept@hjfi.com.hk, by fax (852) 3103 3030 or send to Suite 1101-1106, 11/F, Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong by mail.

Notes:

1. Any withdrawal instruction received after the cut-off time 12:00 noon (business day) that will be handled on the next business day;
2. Please be noted we will charge service fees for fund withdrawal by Telegraphic Transfer & CHATS (in HK) Service. For more details, please refer to Fees & Charges in our website.
3. Third Party fund withdrawal or cash withdrawal is not accepted.
